What are your delivery charges?
We offer
UPS Next Day
delivery on
SuppliesStore.co.uk
orders at £3.95+VAT per order.
Please
note that orders containing "Special Handling"
products (these are clearly marked on our website)
will attract a one-off Special Surcharge of £8.95 (exc. VAT).
Please note that Furniture orders can only be
delivered to the ground floor of your premises and most products require
self-assembly.
2. Where
do SuppliesStore.co.uk deliver to?
We are only able to deliver within
mainland UK
(including Isle of Wight - excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles,
Scilly Isles and Isle of Man etc).
3. When will you deliver?
All Standard
Next Day Delivery orders
(except for some furniture and larger products) are delivered on the
next working day by 17.30 by
UPS if placed before 17.00 on a working day.
Some furniture and larger products may take up to five days, you will
be informed of this when we process your order.
Orders placed on a Friday up to 17.00 will be delivered on
Monday, orders placed after 17.00 on Friday - 17.00
Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
4. I
wish to order a small product can you post it to me?
Unfortunately, all deliveries are made by UPS using
the Standard Next Day delivery service or by special courier for
furniture and large products.
5. What Credit and Debit cards do you
accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Maestro, Visa
Electron & Visa Delta
6. How can I track my order?
You can track your order 24 hours a
day by logging in to your account.
7. Can
you send me a hardcopy catalogue?
Our 920 page catalogue is currently being printed.
8. Can I
open a credit account?
At present we only
accept credit and debit cards as payment for orders.
9. What
happens if I have a problem with my order/products purchased from
SuppliesStore.co.uk?
We
operate an automated problem and faulty products system, please
complete the form here. By using this system we will
reply to your problem within two working hours during normal office
hours.
10. Do you
deliver to the USA?
Sorry, we
can only deliver within the UK to mainland locations due to delivery
restrictions.
11. Can you
supply me with a sample of a product?
Unfortunately we are unable to supply samples of our products.
12. How
do I get an invoice for my order?
When we
accept your order you will automatically receive an email informing you
that your invoice is ready to be downloaded/printed. Log on the
SuppliesStore website, go to 'Your Store' then click on 'View Recent
Orders' you will then be able to view and print your SuppliesStore
invoice.
13.
What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
If delivery
is made via UPS, they will leave a card asking you to contact
them to re-arrange delivery. If you do not receive a card on the day
you were expecting delivery please visit the UPS website
and contact your local UPS depot to re-arrange delivery.
UPS will keep your order for a maximum of five working days, after
which the order will be returned to us. We will refund your order, less
any delivery costs incurred by ourselves, within three days of
receiving the order back in our warehouse.
14. What
happens if I
want to
return
products purchased from
SuppliesStore.co.uk?
Providing the product
was purchased within 14 days you can return products to SuppliesStore
if unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition. To return please package the
products securely without writing on the actual product etc. Please
return to:

include a copy of your invoice plus the reason for return.
If the product is received used, assembled or in an un-resaleable
condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you or charge
a 25% handling fee - this is at our discretion.
